About Our Podcast
The Monolith is a podcast about navigating exponential change without losing your humanity in the process.
Season 1 began as an exploration into design thinking and systemic change within large organizations. That conversation evolved into something broader and more necessary with Season 2. Our latest edition explores how individuals, institutions, and societies adapt when legacy systems stop working, and new ones arrive faster than we can name them.
Each episode examines the present through four lenses: systems thinking, economics, a hacker mindset, and long wave astrological cycles of change. We explore artificial intelligence as ambient intelligence, corporations as living systems, markets as feedback loops, and technology as an evolutionary pressure rather than a neutral tool.
The podcast isn't futurism for spectacle or optimism by default. It's about pattern recognition for people who sense that something is fundamentally shifting and want language, literacy, and agency to make sense of the tornado.
If you're curious, interdisciplinary, and unwilling to outsource your thinking to institutions that no longer understand the world they manage, pull up a seat. The monolith isn't here to predict the future. It's here to help you thrive and shape it.
